By Plate Service

 Let your guests relax while we bring the

food to them.  Served by our team of dedicated staff, a beautifully presented plate of food awaits each guest.

Traditional Buffet Service

 Give your guests more choices by coming up to the buffet.  Two or three entree meats are included, along with starch, vegetable, and cold salads.  Make it more memorable by adding a carving table and watch your guests delight as our chefs carve right in front of them.

Family Style Service

 More choices for your guests right at your table.  A melange of food will be passed around the table so your guests can enjoy whatever they'd like to try.

Heavy Hors D'oeuvres Plan

 For those who don't like the traditional meal.  Serve some great appetizers for as long as you'd like with this plan.  Passed Hors D'oeuvres or mini stations can be arranged.  This Tapas style arrangement gives many choices for nibbling.

Unique Station Style Service

 Choose your own stations that your guests can graze around.  Our chefs will prepare some wonderful culinary fare for you to enjoy. Choose which stations you'd like to have...and don't forget to add the dessert station!
