For your convenience, we offer several service options.

By Plate

Your guests can sit back and relax while we bring their meal to them. Our team of dedicated staffers will serve a beautifully presented plate of your selected entrée and garnishes.

Traditional Buffet

Allow your guests to have more dining options with a buffet presentation. The selection includes two to three entrée meats along with starch, vegetables and cold salads. You have the option of adding a carving table. Your guests will be delighted as our chefs carve right in front of them.

Family Style

This option combines the dining options of a buffet with the ease of by plate service. Your guests receive an assortment of cuisine at their table and are free to pass the selections around the table.

Tapas

If you prefer something other than a traditional menu, you may have a steady array of mouth-watering appetizers served. Hors d’oeuvres may be butler passed or mini stations can be arranged.
